TIC Advisors is committed to cooperate with brokers who refer investors. We recognize the contribution of referral brokers and welcome this type of involvement.
Real estate commissions fees in the TIC investment arena are generally paid by the sponsor and are usually between one (1%) and five (5%) percent of the investor's equity amount or between one (1%) and five (5%) percent of the property purchase price. The commission fee paid on such properties is negotiated (in advance) with the TIC sponsor and is offered under the assumption that the sponsor will pay the commission fee at closing.
TIC Advisors' policy is to split any commission fee 50/50 with the cooperating broker or brokers, no matter how many cooperating brokers are involved in the transaction. TIC Advisors is not responsible for the payment of any fees unless and until a commission fee is paid by the sponsor.
Any additional commissions arranged between the investor and the investor's broker are not subject to fee-splits with TIC Advisors.
